Beverly Hills Real Estate

The thought of Beverly Hills conjures visions of "the good life" -- urban living among gorgeous homes on wide, palm tree-lined streets, just steps away from upscale boutiques. For people relocating to southern California who desire luxurious living, Beverly Hills is the ideal location.

Beverly Hills is situated in about six square miles along the northwestern border of Los Angeles. Approximately 90% of the City is zoned for residential use (Wikipedia 2006). There are a variety of living accommodations from apartments and condominiums in the Beverly Hills flats to single family residences and estates.

Beverly hillsBeverly Hills, one the most popular tourist attractions in Los Angeles, offers the very best in shopping, dining and hotels. Residents take an active role in ensuring they have all the comforts of home: well-lit and safe public parking garages and manicured, fully-equipped recreational parks.

Schools are governed by the Beverly Hills School District, where the regular schools score generally above the 90th percentile.
